What it is

PlantonIA is an attendance and management platform for clinics, doctor's offices and remote health-secretariat companies in Brazil. It brings WhatsApp attendance, scheduling, patients, packages, sessions, billing and staff into one place, with AI handling what can be automated and a human team handling what requires care.

Who builds it

PlantonIA is built by Nikolas de Hor, a full-stack developer and AI engineer based in Goiânia, GO, Brazil. Contact details are on the Contact page and in the footer of every page.

How it works

A clinic sets its schedule, prices, accepted health plans and tone of voice. The clinic's existing WhatsApp number is connected, with no new chip or app required. PlantonIA attends what has been configured, keeps the operation organized and hands off to a human team member whenever needed.

Safety limits

PlantonIA does not provide clinical content such as diagnosis, treatment, medication or exam interpretation. Anything outside configured rules, and any urgency signal, is routed straight to the human team. The panel supports the clinic's operation; it is not a medical record system.
